Buyers do not have to be registered in order to purchase any images.

* The photographers who sell most have large portfolios. Upload a lot of pictures, but at the same time make sure to build yourself a portfolio with variety.

* Stay active in the community. Vote and comment on images. That way you can expose your portfolio to other members.
- How does the ranking system work?
- The ranking systems on MP are (unlike other traditional photo agencies) operated automatically.
You can compare it with how Goggles ranks their search results. One can never know how it works. If the ranking structure was public, people would try to find ways to cheat it. That's why we cant reveal the hole system behind MPs ranking system, but we can reveal some of its structure:
The top lists and the search ranking are not all about likes and comments. It considers a lot of other variables, like for example how well the photographer has done on his entire portfolio, how many sales have he/she had so far, the relevance of the keyword, name and description fields, the quality of the image and so on.
- Commission
- The price is decided by Mostphotos.com and the photographer’s revenue is 50 % of the image price.
- Referral system
- You can make extra money by referring your friends to Mostphotos.com. You will get 1€ for each photo one of your referrals sell or buy.
The easiest way to get a referral is to simply post the link to your profile on blogs, forums, facebook and so on. You will get a referral each time a new visitor becomes a member through one of your links.

- I have uploaded some photos, what can I do now?
- * Stay active in the community. Vote and comment on images. That way you can expose your portfolio to other members.
* Link to your portfolio from other pages, such as your blog, in other forums or on your own website. This will make your portfolio to be exposed more, your images get a bigger chance to be found on Google and you will most likely earn money through the referral systems.
* Continue to upload pictures to increase your chances to sell. But at the same time make sure to build yourself a portfolio with variety.
Then there are not much more you can do except wait. All of a sudden it happens, you get an email saying that you sold an image.
- Image reporting
- Mostphotos utilizes a report function that gives all members the possibility to report any image that is found offensive or in breach with the rules. A reported image is reviewed by the administrator.
You will get rewarded with points if you help admin remove images. So don’t hesitate to report when ever you find anything that you think shouldn’t belong here.
- Can I sell my images on other sites?
- You can advertise and sell your images on other sites at the same time as they are being advertised and sold on Mostphotos.com.
