No, we do not implement previews of uploaded images nor do we authorize images on the site. We trust that our members and users upload images that not only are attractive to customers but also in accordance with the User Agreement. However we do not hesitate to remove images that are offensive in any way or that are in breach of the User Agreement or in violation of national and international laws. Mostphotos utilizes a function that gives all members the possibility to report any image that is found offensive and in breach of the User Agreement. A reported image is reviewed by the administrator that decides on image removals.

Yes, you are entitled to make any appropriate adjustments to enhance your images as long as the adjustments are not offensive to anyone and in accordance with national and international copyright laws.

The member or user may not upload images containing objects of offensive, pornographic or racist content. If the user violates the terms of the User Agreement he will be warned and later have the user account terminated without further notice. Any funds in the account will also be terminated without the possibility of refunds and claims of such. By disregarding the warning you may be open to indictment against yourself in accordance with national and international laws. An image that is advertised as Royalty free can be sold several times over to different buyers. The buyer is free to use the image in accordance with the restrictions of the User Agreement. You can advertise and sell Royalty free images on other sites at the same time as they are being advertised and sold on Mostphotos.com. The price is fixed, decided by Mostphotos.com and the photographer’s revenue is 50 % of the image price. The photographer accepts Mostphotos’ right to adjust the prices for Royaltyfree images.

All content on the site is currently free to view. You will need to register if you want to use all the features on this site e. g. upload and sell images, comment and rate images, write inputs in the forum and so on. Buyers do not have to be registered in order to purchase any of the offered images.
